Help! I've been in Hamburg looking for a home and I leave at 2pm tomorrow! I am from New Zealand and moving to Hamburg to teach English at International School Campus in Pinneberg. I am looking for a home for myself, my wife, two sons and 3 well-trained pets. 12 month lease is ideal, beginning July 1st or 15th. My boys are 18 & 19 and my pets are old and gentle. We were home owners in New Zealand and have sold almost everything to begin our new adventure in Germany! But... we didn't realise how different finding a home was here. I came here for one week and now I'm finishing my second week searching. I have found a few possibilities but once they find out about my pets they fall through, or they are two hours away. We have perfect credit and references from ISC, which required a criminal history check before hiring me. If you want reliable tennants, you have found them! Danke!
