Es gibt 5 Zimmer in der Wohnung. Ein Zimmer im Keller, 2 im ersten Stock, 2 im zweiten Stock.
Das Haus hat auch 1 Toilette im Erdgeschoss.
1 Badezimmer + WC im ersten Stock.
1 Badezimmer + WC auf der zweiten Etage. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über einen Balkon im ersten Stock.
Ihr Zimmer würde sich im ersten Stock befinden.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist.
Es gibt zwei große Fenster, mit Blick auf den Garten direkt unter dem Fenster.
Es gibt eine große Heizung im Zimmer, die für den Winter ausreichend ist.
Wer wohnt in der WG:
Da ist Max, 20 Jahre alt, studiert BWL an der THI und arbeitet nebenbei in einem Fitnessstudio.
Lukas, auch 20 Jahre alt und studiert Bachelor in Künstlicher Intelligenz an der THI. Der demnächst sein Praktikum bei BMW beginnt.
Rudolfo, 25 Jahre alt, aus Italien, arbeitet derzeit als Chemiewissenschaftler an der THI.
und Christoph, ebenfalls 23 Jahre alt, wird ab September der WG beitreten, er wird ein 6-monatiges Praktikum bei Audi machen.
Dann war da noch ich, Abhi, 25 Jahre alt, der die WG verlassen wird, da ich ab September 2022 eine Stelle für meine Master-Thesis in Stuttgart gefunden habe.

There are 5 rooms in the apartment. One room in the basement, 2 on the first floor, 2 on the second floor. The house also has 1 toilet on the ground floor. 1 bathroom + WC on first floor. 1 bathroom + WC on the second floor. The apartment also has one balcony on the first floor.
Your room would be located on the first floor.
The room is fully furnished, as can be seen in the picture.
There are two big windows, with a view of garden directly below the window.
There is one big heater in the room, which is sufficient for winters.
Who lives in the house?
There is Max, 20 years old, studying bachelors of business economics at THI and also working at a fitness studio.
Lukas, also 20 years old and studying bachelors of Artificial Intelligence at THI. Who will be starting soon his internship at BMW.
Rudolfo, 25 years old, from Italy, currently working as a chemistry scientist at THI.
and Christoph, also 23 years old would be joining the WG starting from September, he would be doing internship at Audi for 6 months.
Then there was me, Abhi, 25 years old, who will be leaving the apartment as I found a Master-Thesis position in Stuttgart from September'2022

Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet.
Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler, eine Waschmaschine und ein sehr gutes Wifi in der Wohnung verfügbar!
Es gibt eine neue Tischtennisplatte im Haus, was eine große Bereicherung für unsere WG ist!!!
Das auf dem Bild gezeigte Zimmer ist komplett möbliert, alle Ausstattungen sind für 120 € erhältlich (verhandelbar).
Die Leute in der Wohnung sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Some miscellaneous information:
The kitchen is fully furnished.
There is dishwasher, washing machine, and a very good Wifi available in the apartment!
There is a new Ping-Pong table in the house, which is a big upgrade for our WG!!
The room shown in the picture is completely furnished, all the equipments available for €120 (negotiable).
The people in the apartment are very nice, helpful and accomodating.
