My wife and I just arrived at Cologne and will study in GSUC for at least 4 years. we need an apartment or a house to insure we have a suitable environment to study better. The room or house should be near the GSUC, and include a bathroom,toilet,kitchen and some daily furnitures(washing machines).If there is a balcony,it will be better. The rent shouldn't be over 600EUR/month, and 600EUR should include the electric,heat,and other things.
