Young family with a dog is looking for a new home!
Ideal a house on a ground floor level (Erdgeschoss) with a garden.
At least 4 rooms, but better if more.
If kitchen is already equipped, we'd be very happy.
Also need to have a bathtub.
Also need parking possibilities nearby and some public transport connection to the city, because we both work inside Köln.
Max. rent = €1500
We speak English, German and Russian.
Our dog is cute and very friendly!
We are non-smokers.
