I am a corporate executive looking for renting house from Dec 2019 till Dec 2022. I live in Munich with my wife occasionally receives guests for short stays. My requirement is to have a furnished house with 3 to 4 rooms, kitchen, Garden, storage/ Hobby room, two toilets. My work place is at Schwabing Freimann and ideally my house should be within 10 kilometers of my work place. We are friendly and caring tenants keep good relationship with landlord and neighbours. I am available to to talk over phone between 8 AM till 9 PM any day in the week.
