The Hbf is 10 minutes by bus, 10 minutes by bike or 30 minutes by foot. You can get even faster at REWE Stenten, LIDL, Edeka or Alnatura. The bakery, a pharmacy, a café and a great fruit and vegetable shop are 300 metres away.
Going for a walk, the Aachen forest is directly on foot (5 min walk). The Super-C and the Uniklinikum are 15-20 minutes by bike. The FH is 5 minutes away by bike.
Sometimes people are afraid of not "directly" living in the city centre. Had we also partially loved our place of residence, but meanwhile we need the forest more often than the city center and simply meanwhile have such musculous calves that everything is no longer so far away ;)

In 10 Busminuten, 10 Fahrradminuten oder 30 Gehminuten ist man am Hbf. Noch schneller ist man beim REWE Stenten, LIDL, Edeka or Alnatura. Der Bäcker, eine Apotheke, ein Café und ein toller Obst- und Gemüseladen sind 300 m entfernt.
Zum Spazieren gehen ist der Aachener Wald direkt fußläufig (5 min zu Fuß). Das Super-C und das Uniklinikum sind jeweils 15-20 Fahrradminuten entfernt. Die FH ist 5 min mit Rad entfernt.
Manchmal haben Menschen Angst davor, nicht "direkt" in der Innenstadt zu wohnen. Hatten wir auch teilweise, lieben unseren Wohnort aber mittlerweile sehr, da wir den Wald häufiger brauchen als die Innenstadt und einfach mittlerweile so muskulöse Waden haben, dass alles nicht mehr so weit weg ist ;)

aktiv Gemeinschaft leben + gestalten und neu erforschen, offene und mitfühlende Kommunikation (zum Beispiel wie in der gewaltfreien Kommunikation nach Rosenberg), gemeinsam lernen und emotional zu immer liebevolleren Menschen wachsen, aus Konflikten Nähe schaffen, mehr teilen, foodsharen und containern, Pflanzen kochen, zusammen vorlesen, radeln, tanzen, naschen, bouldern, regelmäßige WG-Plena, ausprobieren, träumen, diskutieren, meditieren, reisen, entdecken, wirklich zuhören, Raum geben, Grenzen fühlen und setzen, kuscheln, großzügig sein, offen bleiben, sich selbst und alles andere hinterfragen, wöchentliche WG-Abende, geteilte Verantwortung, Präsenz, innere Klarheit, Nachhaltigkeit.

Wir sind Luise, Valentin, Anna, Nina, Franzi und Hauke und mögen uns trotz all unserer Verschiedenheit sehr gerne. :)

Wir teilen uns zwei Bäder und zwei Küchen (verteilt über zwei Stockwerke), so kommt es nie zum Stau. Außerdem gibt es ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer mit Balkonzugang, in dem wir gerne gemeinsame WG-Abende machen. Manchmal kommen auch die Nachbarskatzen zum Kuscheln vorbei.

We want to:
actively living + shaping and exploring community, open and compassionate communication (for example as in Rosenberg's non-violent communication), learning together and growing emotionally into ever more loving people, creating closeness out of conflict, sharing more, foodsharing and containerizing, cooking plants, reading aloud together, cycling, dancing, snacking, bouldering, regular flat-sharing plena, trying things out, dreaming, discussing, meditating, traveling, discovering, really listening, giving space, feeling and setting boundaries, cuddling, being generous, staying open, questioning yourself and everything else, weekly flat-sharing evenings, shared responsibility, presence, inner clarity, sustainability.

We are Luise, Valentin, Anna, Nina, Franzi and Hauke and despite all our differences we like each other very much. :)

We share two bathrooms and two kitchens (spread over two floors), so there's never a traffic jam. We also have a shared living room with balcony access, where we like to spend evenings together. Sometimes the neighbor's cats come over for a cuddle.

Über die Miete wollen wir nochmal in der Gemeinschaft sprechen. Wir möchten diese auch nach finanziellen Kapazitäten verteilen. Idealerweise solltest du auch in der Lage sein etwa 10 oder 20€ mehr pro Monat zu zahlen.
