Die Wohnung besteht aus drei Zimmern, gemütlicher Küche mit Backofen, Bad und auch einem Balkon zum Rauchen oder um das Wetter zu genießen, Waschmaschine ist auch im Keller vorhanden. In dem Nebenkosten sind Strom, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag inklusive.
Hello, I am looking for a new tenant for my nice room, with the earliest possible move-in date on 15.03 or 01.04. My room is about 13m^2 in size, and will be handed over furnished. The apartment consists of three rooms, cozy kitchen with oven, bathroom and also a balcony to smoke or to enjoy the weather, washing machine is available in the basement. In the additional cost is the electricity, internet and the Rundfunkbeitrag (ARD) inclusive.
Die Wohnung hat eine perfekte und gemütliche Lage. Die Haltestelle Liebigstr ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Netto, Lidl und McD sind auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Abends ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig und sicher, vor allem an Sonntagen und freien Tagen.
The apartment is in a perfect and cozy location. The Liebigstr stop is only a 3 minute walk away. Netto, Lidl and McD are also within walking distance. In the evening the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, especially on Sundays and free days.
Zwei Studenten (beide Männer, 26 und 20 Jahre alt) aus Indonesien wohnen in der Wohnung, sie sind sehr nett und freundlich. Einer von ihnen studiert an der RWTH und der andere an der FH Aachen. Sie verbringen den meisten Tag mit ihren eigenen Aktivitäten.
Two students from Indonesia live in the apartment, they are very nice and friendly. One of them study in RWTH and the other in FH Aachen. They spend the most day with their own activities.
