Hello all,
i moved out to a dorm so my current room is free to rent.the room is roughly 20m^2, will be given with just the desk.more details about that in the end of the description.the rent is 336 warm that is 250 kaltmiete and 86 euros for utilities including gaz, internet, electricity , zdf.i was the one who had these contracts but since i m moving out, new contracts will be made but dont worry, it should be almost the same from 330 to 340 euros a month.in the appartment , there are 3 rooms total, a kitchen and a toilet. there is also a garden and a small cave.
location is pretty good. 30 min by bus to rwth, 15 min on foot to mcfit and Bahnhof rothe erde, there is also netto and norma less than 3 min on foot.
overall its a calm place. everyone is doing his own thing, so dont expect parties.mohammed is a moroccan student at rwth and ibn amin is from pakistan and works as an engineer here in aachen.they both have a mid german so they usually speak english. Both of them are understanding and respectful.
the kaution is 560 euros, and the furniture is 220 euros as follows:
desk bought new from ikea Heerlen for 180 euros, will be given for 100 bcz a bit used.
kitchen 120 euros (the same exact price when we first bought it although we added few things )
i have the bill for everything if needed to check.
of course all this can be sold when you move out.
Thats all, city registration is possible and the room is to rent indefinitely.
