We are four dedicated students from RWTH University in Aachen seeking accommodation. Allow us to introduce ourselves: I am Chinmay Mandke, studying master's in Data science accompanied by my fellow masters students specializing in Materials Engineering all of us are of similar age and background. Having resided in Aachen for over a year and a half, we've grown accustomed to the city's charm and academic rigor.

As students committed to our studies, we value tranquility and maintain a smoke-free lifestyle. Understanding the importance of maintaining a clean living environment, we are diligent in garbage disposal and ensuring proper ventilation to uphold the quality of our living space.
