Looking for Shared Apartment

I am looking for long term rental (more than 4 months), preferably a year long, or extendable contracts. Flat share (WG). I prefer clean apartments, no smoking, no pets. I would also like all-female or mixed apartment but with a balance of both genders. I will be studying in my room most times for my Master's but I like occasionally cooking together, hanging out and chatting with other housemates. I also prefer locations that are close to RWTH Aachen and close to bus stops. My maximum budget would be around 300-350 euros for rent (all inclusive utilities - heating, electricity, internet, etc.) per month. I would also prefer having it furnished as well as a washing machine available. I am okay with 3 people in one apartment, at most, 6 people in an apartment, but with 2 bathrooms. I am okay with sharing the chores for the apartment as long as it will ensure the apartment is clean.
