RWTH master student who is a tidy and silent flatmate.... searching for a room in Aachen

Hi, I am Umut. I am master student in electrical engineering, and I search for an accommodation in Aachen. Personally, I am a very good flatmate; because I tidy my room, do not make noise, do not disturb people living around me, and even help my flatmates if there is anything I can do. I do not smoke, do not use alcohol. Actually, I am not a good cook, but I would try :) I also use common places very clean. I like doing (and am interested in) sports; especially football, basketball, tennis, and swimming. and fitness (not professionally). I also like playing board games with friends. I love spending time with friends, doing social events as a group.
For me, the most important thing of an accommodation is its being silent. Because I am looking for a place where I can live, sleep and study comfortably. I am also very careful about paying the rent in time.
