we are looking for a new roommate(s) for our WG, as our current roommate is moving out. The earliest possible collection date is 1.6.2025 and the latest is 8.6.2025.
A rental is possible for a maximum of one year (up to 31.05.2026), since then a refurbishment of the entire apartment becomes necessary.

Equipment:
The room is 14 m2 and one of three bedrooms. There is also a kitchen in the apartment and a bathroom including washing machine. In the basement there is a lockable compartment for the WG. The bicycle can be parked in the basement area without any problems.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer wenig befahrenen Nebenstraße in Uninähe. Zum Hauptgebäude der RWTH sind es etwa 7 min Fußweg. Die nächste Einkaufmöglichkeit ist der REWE an der Pontstraße, der in unter 5 min zu erreichen ist. Ähnlich schnell kommt man auch zur nächsten Bushaltestelle.
Die Dachgeschoss-Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Obergeschoss des Altbaus in der Bergstraße. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden.
