Hello everyone :)
I am searching for someone to take over my room starting from the 15th of February/1st of March.
The room is big and very bright, with 2 windows from the sunniest sides ensuring the light all day round and makes it feel very spacious!
In the WG you will have 3 other flatmates, Sven (27), Luana (27) and Clemens (23). They are very laid back and lovely people.
The flat itself has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, bathroom, separate toilet and a big kitchen with every appliance needed! The extra costs are around 40€ per month, but it depends on how much electricity/heating was used.
The room would come fully furnished with: bed, dresser-wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair and clothes rack, for the one time price of 800€. Most of it is white/black, except the desk (wood). Please only apply if you are buying the furniture, as transportation is not possible for me, due to moving too far.
If possible, please write a short introduction of who you are as a person and what is your lifestyle to see if you are a match!

The neighbourhood is very friendly, close to nature but still can reach the inner city fast - around 10 minute brisk walk. The college is also 10-15 minutes by car, or around 20 minutes by bus (10 min walk + 10 min bus ride).
