Heizung, Strom,Wasser,Müllentsorgung ist im Mietpreis enthalten
Ideale Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und doch ruhig. Schöne Lokale um die Stadt zu geniesen, sind gleich
um die Ecke.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ganz in der Nähe.
Zusatzkosten: Internet und GEZ müssen vom Mieter selber organisiert werden
