Es handelt sich um eine WG, in der du mit meinem ehemaligen Mitbewohner Wohnen würdest. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross, die Terrasse 100m2(!). Es hat einen gedekten Sitzplatz im Garten sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für PW. Du hast Platz für deine Sachen im Keller und Dachboden. In der Wohnung im 2. OG wohnt noch jemand und im Parterre in einem Zimmer, wobei alles Kollegen sind. Wir sind eine Band und haben unseren Bandraum ebenfalls im Keller sowie ein Aufnahmestudio. Als Musiker bist du also höchst willkommen! Zum Bahnhof gehst du zu fuss 10min, ebenso zum Stadtzentrum. Zur Hochschule 15 min.
