Die Zimmer liegen im Erdgeschoss. Es handelt sich um ein Wohnzimmer und einem seperaten Schlafzimmer. Möbel, wie Kleiderschrank, 140x200cm Futonbett, Sofa, Tisch usw. sind vorhanden. Zusätzlich steht für musikalische Mitbewohner auch ein Klavier im Zimmer. Das Bad ist direkt gegenüber mit 2 Schritten zu erreichen und verfügt über eine große Dusche,Toilette und Waschbecken. Die Küche befindet sich auf der gleichen Etage.
Ahnatal Weimar hat eine sehr gute Infrastruktur. Es gibt einen Bahnhof, der in 8 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen ist und einen kostenloser Bus fährt vom Haus bis direkt zum Bahnhof und zurück. Vom Bahnhof aus fahren die Linien RT4 in 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof Kassel oder die RE4 in 12 Minuten zum Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe.
Ich bin seit einem Jahr getrennt von meiner Frau und wohne jetzt alleine in meinem großen Haus. Ich habe zwei Kinder (5,3) die im Wechselmodell 3-4 Tage in der Woche bei mir sind oder bei ihrer Mutter. Ich bin für Spiele, Koch und Grillabende oder eine Partie Tischtennis im Garten gerne zu haben.
