Wunderschöne 20 qm, Sprossenfenster an drei Seiten, mit Blick in den Kirschbaum und den Garten, hohe Decke, Holzdielenboden, z.T. offener Bruchstein.
Das Haus liegt in einem mittelgroßen Dorf ganz nahe an Hachenburg im Westerwald mit allen Geschäften, die man so braucht. Der Ort ist an die Bahn Richtung Hennef, Köln etc angebunden.
Ich nutze das Haus nur am Wochenende oder an freien Tagen. Du hast es also samt dem riesigen Garten mit alten Bäumen die überwiegende Zeit für dich allein. Es lebt allerdings Kater Max hier und wer hier einzieht, sollte Katzen mögen und sich auch ein bißchen drum kümmern wollen.
