da ich demnächst umziehe, suche ich hier nach einem Nachmieter.
Die WG liegt im dritten Stock, hat zwei Badezimmer und eine frei zugängliche Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.
Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß etwa 4 Minuten entfernt, genauso wie der Bahnhof.
Direkt vor der Tür ist das Kino.
Das Zimmer ist hell und groß, es hat 25m^2, und die Hochschule ist ebenso nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Zur Zeit wohnen hier außer mir noch 3 andere in der Wg, das Zusammenleben ist hier freundlich und ruhig.

Wenn man früher ausziehen möchte kann man aber einfach einen Nachmieter an die Vermieter weiterleiten und so einfach ausziehen wann man möchte.
