Ich suche einen Mitbewohner/-in für meine 77 m² Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist, bis auf das freie Zimmer, komplett geschmackvoll möbliert und alles kann mitbenutzt werden. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und das 14 m² Zimmer muss nur noch schön eingerichtet und bezogen werden. Das Haus befindet sich in zentraler Lage von Andernach und der Bahnhof sowie die Innenstadt sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen großen Balkon nach Westen ausgerichtet. Ich bin 19 Jahre alt und werde ab Oktober 2019 in Koblenz studieren. WG-Erfahrung habe ich noch keine, freue mich aber auf einen Mitbewohner, mit dem ich mich gut verstehe. Da die Wohnung zur Zeit noch renoviert wird, habe ich noch keine Bilder eingestellt, werde das aber kurzfristig nachholen. Bei Interesse kann jedoch gerne schon ein Besichtigungstermin vereinbart werden.
