Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und hell, da es eine große Fensterwand und ein zusätzliches Seitenfenster hat. Es hat eine sehr hohe Decke und eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne und den Wohnheim Garten. Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sogar die Vögel zwitschern hören. Zudem gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung.
Im Zimmer bleiben die Möbel des Wohneims, es sind alles schöne Holzmöbel darunter der Schreibtisch, Schrank, das große Regal, Schreibtischstuhl, Bett, Nachtkästchen und es kann der Sessel links vor dem Fenster übernommen werden.
Am Weinberg, nördlich der Hochschule Ansbach in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel ist das Wohnheim für Student*innen. Man ist in 15-20 min zu Fuß an der Hochschule und mit dem Rad in 5-10 Minuten. Gleich in der Nähe sind auch lidl, Rossmann, Teegut, ein Bioladen und eine Apotheke.
Du würdest mit Alina (21) zusammenwohnen. Sie ist sehr nett und rücksichtsvoll. Sie ist im 2. Semester und hat noch einen Werkstudentenjob.
Du musst Student*in der Hochschule Ansbach sein, um einziehen zu können.
Es gibt einen Fahrradschuppen und es kann vor dem Haus geraucht werden.
