Zimmerlage Richtung Straße mit zwei Fenstern. Alles neu renoviert. Das Zimmer liegt recht schattig und dank Altbau ist es auch im Sommer kühl. Es ist unmöbliert und wenn man was verändern will zwecks Tapete usw kann man alles besprechen. Die Küche ist ebenfalls neu. Das Wohnzimmer ist kaum eingerichtet sowie der Rest der Wohnung, aber man kann je nach Absprache alles nutzen. Parkplatz ist vorhanden, da die nächsten S-Bahnen erst in Poing/Markt Schwaben sind.
Das Zimmer liegt zentral. Bushaltestelle ist sehr nahe und zu Fuß sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. ES liegt alles mittig im Dorf und ist trotz der Straße sehr ruhig.
Noch nie in einer WG gelebt aber jeder kann sein eigenes Ding machen. Am besten ist es immer wenn man sich miteinander absprechen kann. Wegen Haustier kann je nach Haustier auch nicht funktionieren, da ebenfalls ein Hund anwesend ist, wie zB Katzenwürden nicht gehen. Einfach unkompliziert.
Gute Kommunikation wäre wichtig.
