in Asperg (nahe Ludwigsburg) gesucht. Das Zimmer befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage in einem Zweifamiliehaus. Die Wohnung im 1. OG wird derzeit von 2 Männern ( Wochenendpendlern ) bewohnt.
Zur Mitbenutzung gehören in der Wohnung eine kleine Küche mit Herd, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine und allem, was man so braucht, eine Toilette und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche.
Wäsche waschen ist nicht möglich.
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, sowohl zur A81 als auch zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Fußweg zur Bahn ca 8 min, zum Bus ca 4 min.
Alle Nebenkosten einschl. WLAN sind im Mietpreis enthalten.
