Da ich ab Juli ins Auslandssemster gehen werde, vermiete ich mein möbilertes Zimmer unter. Das Zimmer ist c.a 17m2 groß und Aussicht auf die Maximilianstrasse.
Das Zimmer hat morgens Sonne.
Ich besitze auch ein paar Pflanzen, die würde ich gerne dort lassen und diese müssten dann gegossen werden:)
Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Lage.
Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Bushaltestelle 22 und 32.
Die Th.-Heuss-Platz/IHK Haltestelle ist 5 min zu Fuß weg. Zum Königsplatz braucht man 7 min zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof 15 min. Mit dem Rad geht natürlich alles schneller:)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weiter weg als 800m.
In der 4er WG wohnen Lasse (Lehramtstudent), Lucie (studiert Soziale Arbeit) und Lukas (Medizinstudent). Wir sind keine Zweck WG, kochen gerne mal zusammen oder sitzen zusammen auf dem Balkon. Wir sind alle ein bisschen vertieft in unsere verschiedene Studiengänge aber sind eine Harmonie
