In unserer charmanten Altbau-Wohnung wird zum ersten August ein ca. 24 qm großes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1. Juli bezogen werden. Die Wohnung (100 qm, Altbau!, liegt zentral, 2 Minuten von der Ludwigstr. und 10 Minuten zur Maximilianstr. entfernt. Restaurants, Biergärten, Bars und Kneipen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, und für Sportliche sind das Familienbad und das Stadtbad sowie die Wertach zum Joggen jeweils in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wie schon erwähnt, geht mit dem Zimmer ein eigenes, geräumiges Bad einher. An sich ist das Zimmer hell und gut geschnitten - keine Schrägen und Verwinkelungen, sprich jeder cm kann optimal genutzt werden.

I am looking for a German or English native speaking flatmate. There is a master bedroom (23 qm) available for sublet in a 2 bed flat-share (100qm) in the inner city of Augsburg. The spacious bedroom itself is unfurnished but comes with a bathroom (all to yourself) and is bright and airy. Also, the flat is situated in a building from the 19th century and has some original peculiarities such as original doors and an original masonry heater in the living room. The area is a fun quarter, which has numerous amenities. Restaurants, beergardens, bars and pubs are a stone's throw away and for sporties a lido, a swimming bath and the possibility for jogging along the Wertach, one of Augsburg's main rivers, are within easy reach (about ten minutes by foot).
Da ich selbst sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordentlichkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen lege, sollte der/die zukünftige MitbewohnerIn ebenfalls SAUBER und ORDENTLICH sein. Abgesehen davon suche ich idealerweise jemanden, der offen, humorvoll, zuverlässig und rücksichtsvoll ist. Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind natürlich willkommen, wobei Rückzugszeiten ebenso selbstverständlich sein sollten. Außerdem ist dies keine Party-WG, wenn auch gelegentliche Abende mit Freunden, Kochen etc. kein Problem darstellen - alles im Rahmen halt.
Ich selbst bin wie schon angedeutet recht ordentlich, dabei aber nicht pedantisch :-) Darüber hinaus bin ich offen, für Spaß immer zu haben, kreativ und sportlich. Alles weitere könnt ihr gerne bei einer Besichtigung erfragen.
I am ideally looking for a flatmate aged between 27-34 who is CLEAN/TIDY, considerate, sincere but also has a great sense of humor. You will be sharing the flat with just 1 other person (female) who is also clean and considerate, fun and easy to hang out with but respects your privacy. Though this is NO party house, having friends over occasionally is no problem. Also, the room is only available for one person and not for couples.
