- Das Zimmer hat in etwa 27qm ( Die gesamte Wohnung ca.150qm )
- Ist sehr hell aufgrund eines großen Flügelfensters
- Obwohl die Wohnung sehr Zentral liegt ist es angenehm ruhig
- Es handelt sich um eine im Jahr 2009-2010 renovierte Altbauwohnung
- Der Bodenbelag ist Parkett
solltet ihr Fragen haben oder euch noch etwas unklar erscheinen, schreibt mir einfach und ich gebe mir größte Mühe alles recht zeitnah zu beantworten.
- Direkt am Königsplatz --> Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten vorhanden
- 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof
- Die Uni ist mit Tram oder Fahrrad in 15 min zu erreichen
Man kann viele Worte über das WG Leben verlieren. Am besten finde ich jedoch, ihr schaut vorbei und macht euch euer eigenes Bild. Wir sind alle ganz lieb und nett und freuen uns auf euch =)!
Das Zimmer soll zum 01.07.2015 weiter vermietet werden.
