Das Zimmer ist eingerichtet mit einer Matratze und einem Schrank.
Ich würde das Zimmer erst einmal nur auf max. 1 Jahr befristet untervermieten. Wenn es dann passt, gern auch langfristig :)

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Einbauküche, ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche zum Teilen mit mir.
