Ich ziehe zum 01.08.14 aus unserer WG aus und suche eine nette Nachmieterin.
Die WG liegt in Haxtum direkt am Kanal ganz in der Nähe des Parks.
Das Haus hat einen großen Garten und liegt auch sonst sehr im Grünen.
Es gibt noch 3 weitere WG - Mitglieder in unserem großen Haus (190 qm³) es tritt sich also keiner auf die Füße, aber trotzdem kann man nette WG - Abende zusammen verbringen :)
Bei Bedarf kommen noch 10€ für Internet/Festnetz zu den 285 € dazu.

Die WG ist in Haxtum direkt am Park. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein kleiner Edeka, ein Sparkassen-Schalter und eine Bäckerei.
