Zwischen September 2011-März 2012 möchte ich ein Zimmer bei mir zur Zwischenmiete abgeben. Entweder für den gesamten Zeitraum oder nur für einige Monate.
Die Wohnung bezeichne ich als Traumwohnung, da sie zu allen 3 Fensterseiten (Osten/Süden/Westen) ins Grüne zeigt, trotzdem aber sehr zentral ist (nur 3 min zu Fuß zum ZOB) und sehr hell ist.
Sie liegt im obersten Stockwerk eines Mehrfamilienhauses mit 8 Wohneinheiten.
Außerdem gibt es 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Da ich selber kein Auto habe, kannst du gerne beide benutzen.
Einen Kellerraum mit ausreichend Staurraum kannst du ebenfalls dein Eigen nennen.
