Das 15- qm Zimmer liegt im 2. Stock eines neugebauten Wohnhauses. Der Wohnbereich umfasst ein Mini- Bad mit Dusche sowie eine Wohnküche zur Mitbenutzung. Man hat Sicht auf die Berge. Alles wirkt durch die natürliche Lehm- und Holzbauweise sehr gemütlich und angenehm. Die gesamte Wohnung hat Fußbodenheizung.
Das Wohnhaus liegt umgeben von grünen Wiesen in einem sehr ländlich anmutenden Gebiet und ist trotzdem sehr urban. Im Sommer grasen ringsum die Kühe. Unweit befindet sich die neue Kletterhalle von Bad Aibling, viele Fahrradwege und einige bekannte Ausflugslokale. Der Bahnhof von Bad Aibling ist ca. 2,5 km entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt 1,8.
Ich (w, 55J.) suche eine möglichst bergaffine Mitbewohnerin. Wäre schön, wenn wir nicht nur gemeinsam wohnen, sondern vielleicht auch manchmal zusammen ratschen, essen oder etwas in den Bergen unternehmen könnten. Alles kann nichts muss.
