Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm, hat eine großes Fernster, das Richtung Ost zeigt, sowie ein Kleiderschrank und ein Nachttisch. An den Fernstern sind Rollläden angebracht und der Boden ist gefliest.
In der Küche steht eine Waschmaschine. Küchen-Ausstattung (Teller, Töpfe, Besteck, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank usw..) kann mitbenutzt werden.
Gemeinsam würden mir die Küche und das Bad mit Badewanne nutzen, Abstell Möglichkeit gibt es im Keller.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Kirdorf, 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zum Bahnhof Bad Homburg. Von dort ist Frankfurt/Messe in einer Viertelstunde mit der S5 zu erreichen sowie mit der Regionalbahn.
Die Stadtmitte Bad Homburg erreicht man in 5 Minuten, wo sich alle Geschäfte befinden. In direkter Nähe gibt es Restaurnats, Post, Apothehe, Supermarkt. Der Kurpark ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen
Ich bin die Lena, habe studiert und gehe jetzt eine Vollzeit stelle in Frankfurt/M nach bzw. jetzt in Home Office. Deswegen ist mir vor allem eine ordentliche, rücksichtvolle und ruhige Person wünschenswert.
Für einen Lauf im Park oder ein Weinchen am Feierabend bin ich auf jeden Fall zu haben.
