Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 großes schönes Wohnzimmer, 1 Abstellraum und eine offene Küche. Es verfügt über 3 Toiletten, davon 2 mit Dusche. also kein ewiges Warten am Morgen :) es gibt zwei Etagen, man kann sich auch gut aus dem Weg gehen und seine Ruhe genießen. Das Wohnzimmer ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über einen großen Balkon zum Entspannen im Sommer sowie einen 75-Zoll-Fernseher für Film- oder PS5-Abende. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler und Standardküchengeräten. Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Gemeinschaftswaschküche Maschine.

the flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 store room and an open kitchen. it has 3 toilets out of which 2 have showers. so no waiting forever in the mornings :). the living room is fully furnished and has a huge balcony to chill in the summers and also a 75" tv for movie or ps5 nights. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and standard kitchen equipment. the apartment also comes with a shared washing machine.

Die U-Bahn U2 ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. In 20 Minuten ist man mit der U-Bahn in Frankfurt! Wir haben super nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. Es ist eine relativ ruhige Gegend und perfekt, wenn Sie das Leben auf der ruhigeren Seite genießen. Es gibt einen Rewe und einen asiatischen Laden, der nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist.

the u2 ubahn is 5 mins by walk and the bus stop is 2 mins by walk. We have super nice and helpful neighbors. it is a relatively quiet neighbourhood and perfect if you enjoy life on the quieter side. there is a Rewe and an Asian store with few mins walking distance.

Wir sind zwei Berufstätige. In unserer Freizeit entspannen wir gerne und unterhalten uns manchmal in der Küche. In meiner Freizeit schaue ich gerne Animes, lese und spiele Videospiele, vor allem im Winter, während ich im Sommer gerne mehr Zeit im Freien verbringe. der andere Mitbewohner treibt gerne Sport und steht sehr auf Brettspiele...

We are two working professionals. We like to relax in our free time and sometimes catch up in the kitchen. in my free time I like to watch anime, read and play video games mostly in winter while in summer I like to spend more time out doors. the other flatmate likes to play sports and is very much into board games...
