Hey thee Ho, my fellow students,
Welcome to Bad Honnef, Our flatshare is a two-person flatshare, It has two rooms and a big kitchen, fully equipped for those who enjoy cooking :) . Your future room is almost 17 square meters, equipped with a big closet, bed, a spacious desk, a 42" LCD set, a small table, and two study lights. However, the best part is that your room opens up to a wonderful garden in the backyard which you will solely have access to it directly from your room. In the Garden, there is table tennis, a Beer-table and a barbeque, prepared for summer parties and relaxing afternoons.
The apartment stands in Bergstrasse, a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. It is less than 5 mins away from the IUBH Campus by walk and 5 mins away from the pure nature! Also, have access to 560 and 562 bus stations in 3 mins walk and the market is also the same close.
We live in a students friendly environment in our apartment. I am Shayan, 30 y.o Master student in International Marketing, my studies are over and I am moving to another city to start my new job. your future roommate Marcial is 20 years old and studying pathway for Bachelor in aviation management at IUBH. He is super friendly and caring, we both loved food and cooked a lot together. Also, in the evenings some wine in the garden and sometimes playing table tennis and PS4 competitions. Nevertheless, you will have your independence and quite whenever you want it just by closing your door, as in here everything is based on mutual understanding and respect.
The kitchen is also equipped with Wash machine, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Sandwich-Maker, and Fridge.
The Rent and Deposit are last year rates and "may" subject to minor changes based on landlords decision.
The contract begins from the 1st of February however you can move in 3 days in advance on 27th of January.
