Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch eine besonders ruhige Lage aus, zum ÖPNV ist es etwa 10 min zu Fuß, ins Siebengebirge ebenfalls und zur Internationalen Hochschule sowie zu Geschäften, Ärzten etwa 10 min mit dem Fahrrad.
