Ich suche einen Untermieter für mein Zimmer für die Zeit in der ich im Praktikum bin.
Die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbau Wohnung, zentral gelegen (3 min zum Netto, 5 min zur Uni zu Fuß) und hat eine große Terrasse und an meinem Zimmer auch noch einen Balkon.
Die Miete beträgt 500€ pro Person (Internet, Parkplatz & Nutzung der Möbel ist bereits inbegriffen).
Das Zimmer ist mit einem großen Kleiderschrank, Boxspringbett, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und Spiegel ausgestattet. Da die Möbel hochwertig sind, nehme ich eine Kaution von 700€ dafür.

I am looking for someone to take over my room during my internship. The flat is absolutely beautiful and has 2 big balconies.
I am looking for someone who is outgoing, friendly and tidy person. Big parties are not allowed, but of course you can have friends coming over.
The room has a closet, big bed, table and mirror. I will claim a deposit of 700€ for that, which you will get back in March.
Rent is 500€ per person (including parking spot, wlan and furniture).
