Die Kaltmiete beträgt 139€ zuzüglich 80€ Nebenkosten für Heizung und Warmwasser.
Dazu kommen noch 56€ für Strom, Internet und Telefonflatrate.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60qm groß, bietet ein großes Wohnzimmer inkl. Balkon und eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche. Weiterhin ist ein Keller und ein Dachboden vorhanden, der als Abstell bzw. Wäscheraum genutzt wird.
Für alle die vorhaben an der HS in Coburg zu studieren und sich denken, Bad Rodach ist ja schon weit weg davon, kann ich beruhigen :-)
Es besteht eine sehr gute Zuganbindung nach Coburg und dank des Studententickets auch noch kostenlos!
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer Nebenstraße und ist damit recht ruhig gelegen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka) befnden sich keine 100m von der Wohnung entfernt.
Der Bahnhof ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Zu Fuß ist dieser in ca. 10 min. erreichbar.
Mit Fahrrad gehts noch deutlich schneller ;)
Zum WG-Leben:
Es soll keine Zweck-WG werden. Gemeinsame Unternehmungen werden angestrebt, wobei natürlich die eigene Privatsphäre nicht zu kurz kommen wird.
