The apartment is located in my condominium in the idyllic Bannewitz quietly and yet well connected. You live far enough from the B170 to relax in absolute tranquility. You can reach the nearest bus stop in about eight minutes on foot, so you are fast in Dresden or Freital.

The environment is characterized by a lot of greenery and particularly attractive for nature lovers and dog owners. I myself had a dog for ten years and would be very happy if you also brought a four-legged friend, pets are welcome to me.

For drivers there is a private outdoor parking right in front of the house. Shops such as a net or a simmel can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot, as well as a general practitioner. Everything you need for everyday life can be found in close proximity.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in meiner Eigentumswohnung im idyllischen Bannewitz ruhig gelegen und dennoch gut angebunden. Du wohnst weit genug von der B170 entfernt, um in absoluter Ruhe entspannen zu können. Die nächste Bushaltestelle erreichst du in etwa acht Minuten zu Fuß, sodass du schnell in Dresden oder Freital, ... bist.

Die Umgebung ist von viel Grün geprägt und besonders attraktiv für Naturfreunde und Hundebesitzer. Ich selbst hatte zehn Jahre lang einen Hund und würde mich sehr freuen, wenn auch du einen vierbeinigen Freund mitbringst, Haustiere sind bei mir herzlich willkommen.

Für Autofahrer gibt es einen privaten Außenstellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Netto oder ein Simmel sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso ein Allgemeinarzt. Alles, was du für den Alltag brauchst, findest du in unmittelbarer Nähe.

I leave the house at 7:00 a.m. in the morning and I am usually back at 5:30 p.m. I work in the electrical industry and often spend my spare time on PC or with electronics projects. Besides, I like to go with mountain bikes, especially in the forest.

I like to cook and also quite well, love music and used to play drums. Films and series with good action I like to watch, but also for relaxed gaming evenings or simply have cozy evenings with a tea or beer. As for parties – don't worry, I'm not a permanent party, but if it turns out, I don't say no. All in all, I'm looking for someone to live with respectfully and maybe even laugh or cook together.

A certain basic order and cleanliness are important to me. My Anneliese (Robotor) regularly ensures that sucks. I care that you feel comfortable. It doesn't have to be clinically clean, but a decent home, as you know from a good parent, is important to me. If something's up, it's not a problem. There is also a dishwasher.

Ich verlasse das Haus morgens gegen 07:00 Uhr und bin in der Regel gegen 17:30 Uhr wieder zurück. Ich arbeite in der Elektrobranche und verbringe meine Freizeit oft am PC oder mit Elektronikprojekten. Außerdem bin ich gern mit dem Mountainbike unterwegs, am liebsten im Wald.

Ich koche gern und auch ziemlich gut, liebe Musik und habe früher Schlagzeug gespielt. Filme und Serien mit guter Handlung schaue ich gerne, bin aber auch für entspannte Spieleabende oder einfach gemütliche Abende mit einem Tee oder Bier zu haben. Was Partys angeht – keine Sorge, ich bin kein Dauerfeierer, aber wenn es sich ergibt, sage ich auch nicht Nein. Alles in allem suche ich jemanden, mit dem man respektvoll zusammenlebt und vielleicht auch mal gemeinsam lachen oder kochen kann.

Eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig. Meine Anneliese (Robotor) sorgt regelmäßig dafür, dass gesaugt wird. Mir ist wichtig, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Es muss nicht klinisch sauber sein, aber ein ordentliches Zuhause, wie man es aus einem guten Elternhaus kennt, ist mir wichtig. Wenn mal etwas rumsteht, ist das kein Problem. Ach so, ein Geschirrspüler ist auch vorhanden.

Wegen des Mietpreises bin ich nicht festgelegt. Ich habe einfach zunächst einen Betrag angegeben, da ich die Wohnung auch finanzieren muss. Darüber kann man aber gerne noch einmal sprechen.
