Großes, helles Zimmer in 3er WG

Die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Bismarckstraße und Erlanger Straße ist perfekt! In 5 Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone, im Rotmain-Center, bei McFit oder an der nächsten Bushaltestelle. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 12 Minuten an der Uni. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Nahkauf, Rewe, Netto, Edeka, Aldi, Dm, Bäcker) sind alle bequem und auf kurzen Wegen zu erreichen. Im Haus ist zurzeit eine Wohnung frei. Ansonsten wohnen eine WG und drei Einzelpersonen im Haus :)

Demnächst wird noch ein Zimmer in der Wohnung frei. Momentan wohnt Paula (28) noch in diesem Zimmer. Da sie aber demnächst ihren Master abschließt, wird ihr Zimmer bald frei. Die Anzeige für dieses Zimmer ist unten verlinkt.

Im dritten Zimmer wohnt Esi (27). Sie studiert Anglistik und Theaterwissenschaften, arbeitet nebenbei im Kino und ist immer für einen Plausch in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zu haben.

Das Leben in der WG ist sehr entspannt. Es gibt einen sehr gut funktionierenden Putzplan und wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn das so bleibt.
Wenn wir Zeit haben, planen wir gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten. Jeder kann sich aber auch jederzeit in sein Zimmer zurückziehen!

The vacant room is the largest in the shared flat at 25 square metres, flooded with light and large enough for all the furniture thanks to its good layout. It is equipped with roller blinds for a good night's sleep. The room is still furnished and individual pieces of furniture may be taken over. It will be available by 15.06.24 at the latest. We are open to both long-term letting and subletting.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, soda stream, crockery, cutlery...). From the kitchen you have direct access to the lovely balcony, where you can enjoy a cosy barbecue in summer or relax in the pallet lounge.
The bathroom with bathtub and washing machine is spatially separated from the toilet, which is definitely an advantage when living in a shared flat. There is currently a small living room. This may be rented out in the future to make the rent a little more favourable for everyone.
A bicycle can be parked directly in the courtyard or in the cellar. Parking on the street and in all side streets is free of charge.

The location of the flat between Bismarckstraße and Erlanger Straße is perfect! In 5 minutes you can be in the pedestrian zone, in the Rotmain Centre, at McFit or at the nearest bus stop. You can be at the university in 12 minutes by bike. Various shopping facilities (Nahkauf, Rewe, Netto, Edeka, Aldi, Dm, bakery) are all within easy reach. There is currently one vacant flat in the building. There is also a shared flat and three single people living in the house.

Another room in the flat will be available soon. Paula (28) is currently still living in this room. However, as she will soon be completing her Master's degree, her room will soon be available. The advert for this room is linked below.

Esi (27) lives in the third room. She is studying English and Theatre Studies, works part-time in the cinema and is always up for a chat in the kitchen or on the balcony.

Life in the flat share is very relaxed. There is a very well-functioning cleaning schedule and we would be very happy if it stays that way.
If we have time, we like to plan activities together. However, everyone can also retreat to their own room at any time!
