The free room is about 15m2 and has a large window facing south. This makes it beautifully bright. A large wardrobe and a bed with 2 drawers, and thus neat storage space, are to be taken over (200€ VB). These can be seen in the pictures and in a good condition.
The WG itself has 2 more rooms, a living kitchen, a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a basement and an attic compartment, as well as a bicycle shed.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and freezer. Toaster and microwave are also available and everything you need.
There is also a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner in the WG.
A private car park can be found behind the house and can be requested for 15€.
The minimum rental period would be 1 year and additional costs are included in the rental price.
Das freie Zimmer ist circa 15m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster, das nach Süden gerichtet ist. Dadurch ist es schön hell. Ein großer Kleiderschrank und ein Bett mit 2 Schubladen, und somit ordentlich Stauraum, sollen übernommen werden (200€ VB). Diese sind auf den Bildern zu sehen und in einem guten Zustand.
Die WG an sich hat noch 2 weitere Zimmer, eine wohnliche Küche, ein Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Es gehören noch ein Keller- und ein Dachbodenabteil, sowie ein Fahrradschuppen dazu.
Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine, einem Ofen, einem Kühlschrank und einem Gefrierschrank ausgestattet. Toaster und Mikrowelle sind auch vorhanden und alles was man so braucht.
Es gibt in der WG auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Staubsauger.
Ein privater Autostellplatz ist hinter dem Haus zu finden und kann für 15€ beantragt werden.
Die Mindestmietdauer wäre 1 Jahr und Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis mit drin.
The apartment is in the 2nd. Upstairs of a multi-family house and a bus stop is just outside the door.
Within 5 minutes you can reach Lidl, Net and Rewe, as well as a baker and meater. On the way to the university there are 3 other supermarkets and one dm easily accessible.
Since the apartment is located directly at the Uni-Highway (the large bike path) you only need 10 minutes to the university by bike. The bus is in 25 minutes. The city centre is reachable by bike in 5-10 minutes and by bus in 7 minutes.
The gemstone as a popular excursion destination is also close and especially beautiful in summer to relax.
Die Wohnung ist im 2. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses und eine Bushaltestelle ist genau vor der Tür.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten kann man zu Fuß Lidl, Netto und Rewe, sowie einen Bäcker und Fleischer erreichen. Auf dem Weg zur Uni sind noch 3 andere Supermärkte und ein dm gut erreichbar.
Da die Wohnung direkt am Uni-Highway (dem großen Fahrradweg) liegt braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Minuten zur Uni. Mit dem Bus ist man in 25 Minuten da. Die Innenstadt erreicht man durch den Fahrradweg in 5-10 Minuten und mit dem Bus in 7 Minuten.
Der Buchstein als beliebtes Ausflusziel ist auch nah und besonders im Sommer schön zum entspannen.
The WG consists of 2 women. I'm Klara and 22 years old.
I study geoecology in the 2nd Master semester. I'm usually in the GEO building at the university. In my spare time I like to hike and bake.
Angelika is 19 and studies biochemistry in the 2nd Bachelor semester. She likes to cook and bakes and dances ballet.
The WG life is very harmonious. It is often cooked together or organized games evenings. Nevertheless, everyone is given time and helped each other. In the phases of the test, it is also learned together.
Friends are always welcome.
It is important to us as a WG that the apartment is kept in good and tidy condition and that there is a good living together so that everyone feels comfortable.
Gerade besteht die WG aus 2 Frauen. Ich bin Klara und 22 Jahre alt.
Ich studiere Geoökologie im 2. Mastersemester. Ich bin an der Uni meist im GEO Gebäude anzutreffen. In meiner Freizeit wander und backe ich auch gerne.
Angelika ist 19 und studiert Biochemie im 2. Bachelorsemester. Sie kocht und bäckt gerne und tanzt Ballett.
Das WG-Leben läuft sehr harmonisch. Es wird häufig zusammen gekocht oder Spieleabende veranstaltet. Trotzdem wird jedem auch Zeit für sich gelassen und sich gegenseitig geholfen. In den Prüfungsphasen wird auch mal zusammen gelernt.
Freunde sind immer willkommen.
Uns als WG ist wichtig, dass die Wohnung in gutem und ordentlichen Zustand gehalten wird und dass ein gutes Zusammenleben besteht, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlt.
