Hallo liebe/-r Suchende!
Meine WG sucht ab Dezember einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin, da es mich wieder in den Norden zieht und ich schweren Herzens diese WG verlasse.. Dich erwartet ein schönes helles Zimmer mit ca. 20 qm, hohen Decken und zwei großen Fenstern. Gerne würde ich das Bett (ohne Matratze) und den Kleiderschrank gegen eine Ablöse im Zimmer lassen. Die Pole in der Mitte des Raumes montiere ich wieder ab.
Ansonsten findest du in der WG noch:
- drei weitere WG-Zimmer
- Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, 2 Kühlschränken inkl. Gefrierfächern
- Badezimmer mit Badewanne, Dusche und Waschmaschine
- WC mit extra Waschbecken
- kleine Vorratskammer
Zudem hat die Wohnung als großen Bonus einen ruhigen, zum Innenhof gelegenen Balkon. Darüber hinaus kann ein Keller- sowie ein Dachbodenabteil zum Abstellen von Kartons und anderen Gegenständen genutzt werden. In der Garage ist auch Platz für dein Fahrrad.

My WG is looking for a new roommate from December, because I am leaving the beautiful Bayreuth behind. You can expect a nice bright room with about 20 square meters, high ceilings and two big windows. I would be happy to sell you the bed (without mattress) and the wardrobe in the room.
Otherwise you will find in the WG still:
- three more rooms
- kitchen with dishwasher, stove, 2 refrigerators including freezers
- bathroom with bathtub and shower, washing machine
- WC with extra washbasin
- small pantry
In addition, as a great bonus, the apartment has a quiet balcony facing the courtyard. In addition, a basement as well as an attic compartment can be used to store boxes and other items. There is also space for your bike in the garage.

Der Balkon und die Küche sind der Mittelpunkt der WG: Hier lassen wir oft die Abende gemeinsam ausklingen, aber verstehen natürlich auch, wenn man sich zurückziehen möchte! Bei uns ist alles sehr spontan und ungezwungen.
