Da ich im Sommer ein Auslandssemester mache, biete ich mein Zimmer für den Zeitraum gerne zum Wohnen an :)
Das Zimmer ist klein aber fein, die Größe (11qm) reicht vollkommen aus und es wird dadurch irgendwie noch gemütlicher!
Es ist komplett möbliert (die Möbel bleiben mit Kaution da) und es gibt ein großes Fenster, durch das auch viel Licht kommt.
Die Wohnung an sich ist ca 90qm groß, hat eine große Küche, ein großes Bad und ein separates WC. Der Flur ist groß genug, dass er als Wohnzimmer durchgeht und der Balkon in der Küche bietet eine tolle Aussicht.

I will have to leave Bayreuth for the summer for a semester abroad, therefore I'm offering my room for that time period :)
The room is rather small (11qm), but very cozy! It's fully furnished (there's a deposit for the furniture) and it has a big window with a lot of light.
The apartment is about 90qm big, has a big kitchen and bathroom, as well as a separate toilette. The hall is rather a living room and the balcony in the kitchen has a great view.
Die Lage ist super, Öffis sind 5 Minuten entfernt, die Stadt und das Rotmaincenter genauso. Zur Uni braucht man mit Fahrrad und Bus 10-15 Minuten. Ein Nahkauf ist 2 Minuten entfernt. Das McFit ist direkt um die Ecke.
Einen Parkplatz findet man eigentlich auch immer, wobei man manchmal etwas suchen muss.

The location of the apartment is great, the bus station is 5 minutes away, the city and the Rotmaincenter as well. You need 10-15 minutes to get to the university (by bike as well as by bus). A grocery store is 2 minutes away and the McFit is right around the corner.
You usually always find a parking spot, sometimes you just need a little bit of time.
Gesucht wird eine Frau zwischen 18 & 30.
Das WG-Leben ist ziemlich entspannt. Wir sind zwar alle viel unterwegs und sehen und dann meistens in der Küche und quatschen vor allem da.
Partys sind von der Vermieterin her nicht erlaubt, aber ein nettes Beisammensitzen ist natürlich drin :)
Ansonsten ist in der WG alles mögliche vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Backofen, eigener Kühlschrank, alle möglichen Küchengeräte, Badewanne + Dusche). Unser Flur ist so groß, dass eine Bar und eine Couch Platz gefunden haben und es sich eher zu einem Wohnzimmer entwickelt hat.
Einen Balkon gibt's auch.

We're looking for a woman who's 18-30 years old.
The WG-life is pretty relaxed. We're all pretty busy and usually see each other in the kitchen and talk there.
The landlady doesn't allow partys but of course you can invite friends over and have a chill evening :)
The apartment is full of great stuff like a dishwasher (!), your own refrigerator, a washing machine, oven, every kitchen appliance you can think of, a bathtub and a separate shower. The hall is big enough for a bar and a couch, so it's more of a living room than a simple hall.
There's also a balcony.
Das Zimmer ist vom 01.04.-31.08.23 frei.
Die Kaltmiete ist bei 240 Euro, die Warmmiete inkl. Internet, Gas, Strom etc. beträgt dann ca. 320 Euro.
