Ich biete mein Zimmer in Bayreuth zur Untermiete an, Mietzeitraum wäre maximal 01. September bis 31. Dezember, kürzer ginge nach Absprache evtl. auch. Zimmer ist sehr hell, ist ausgestattet mit einer bequemen Schlafcouch, Schreibtisch und Regalen. Badezimmer mit Dusche sowie Küche können natürlich mitgenutzt werden. Es ist alles da, was man so braucht.
Bei Interesse schreibt mir bitte per Email, stellt euch kurz vor und erzählt mir, was ihr in Bayreuth macht. Dann können wir einen Besichtigungs- oder Skype-Termin vereinbaren.

Nice room in Bayreuth, close to university. Max rental period would be September 01 to December 31, but shorter period could also be arranged. Room is very bright, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, desk and shelves. Bathroom with shower and a kitchen can be used, of course.
If you are interested please send me an email briefly introducing yourselves, and let me know what you are doing in Bayreuth, so we can arrange an interview via skype.
Das Appartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Uni, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten entfernt. Supermarkt ist ebenfalls in Laufreichweite.

The apartment is located in close proximity to the University, the city center is about 15 minutes walking distance, or 5 minutes by bike. Supermarkets and smaller shops are also within close range.
