Wir hätte noch ein Zimmer frei. Ca. 12 qm.
Unsere Doppelhaushälfte liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Saas. Im Garten grillen wir oft mit Freunden und lassen es uns gut gehen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht - manches vielleicht davon auch nicht... :P Das Zimmer selbst ist derzeit teilmöbliert. Ein Bett müsstest du also noch mitbringen. Alles andere findet sich bestimmt.
In ca. 5-10 min bist du zur Uni oder in die Stadt geradelt. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Parken ist direkt vor der Tür möglich.
Unsere WG ist zwar nicht die typische WG, aber wir sind cool. Bestehend aus mir (berufstätig) und meinem Sohn (4), sowie 2 netten, fröhlichen Hunden.
Wir sind bereits WG-erfahren und es war ne super Zeit.
Wenn du als aufgeschlossen, entspannt und ein bisschen lustig noch ein Zuhause für den Start in Bayreuth suchst, meld dich.
