das Wg Zimmer befindet sich in einem Doppelapartment im Alfred Delp Studentenwohneheim. Es ist groß & geräumig. Im Apartment ist Küche & Bad vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller.
Ich ziehe aus, deshalb wird das Zimmer frei. Mit dir wird noch eine weitere Person wohnen. Wie ihr beiden dann das WG-Leben gestalten möchtet ist euch überlassen :)
Wichtig ist uns, dass du sauber und rücksichtsvoll bist.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert: Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regal, Stuhl, Schreibtisch, Nachttisch.
Die Kommode und der kleinere Kleiderschrank (siehe Fotos) sind nicht im Zimmer erhalten, können aber gerne für einen kleinen Preis übernommen werden.

Die Lage ist eig. perfekt. Du wohnst am Campus, zur Uni brauchst du nur 1 min zu laufen.
