Bright and spacious, well-furnished room available for 4 months in a flatshare of 3 rooms. The property is located at a 5 minute walking distance from the university. The monthly rent of 305€ includes everything.
Currently staying two researchers - Roy (Indian, 24, m) and Jing (Chinese, 30, m), both working in the University as Glass Scientist and Geologist, respectively.
Both of us are curious scientists by profession. We also like to spend some time together during evenings to cook and gossip a bit and love to be adventurous during weekends.
We are looking forward to a new tenant for one vacant room available to be occupied right away, as one of our flatmates moved out recently.
