Hello, perhaps new*s cohabitation,
from mid-June we will have a room free. Steph takes off after 4 1/2 beautiful years and we are looking for a new home.
It is a beautiful, bright room in a spacious 6s-WG (Altbau, approx. 200sqm). The room itself is about 17 square meters and lies a little hidden behind our bathroom. Don't worry. That has never been a problem. Another access is via the room of Emad. Like almost all rooms in the WG it has a high bed on which, thanks to the high ceilings, is enough space and which makes the room even bigger. Otherwise, the room is unfurnished, except for the closet.
Overall, our charming old building apartment has a lot of space: a large living room where you can comfortably lie on the couch (where you can also find clothes rack space), a beautiful kitchen, a bathroom, an extra toilet and a large hallway. We also have dishwashers and washing machine in the apartment!
Hallo vielleicht neue*r Mitbewohni,
ab Mitte Juni wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei. Steph zieht nach 4 1/2 schönen Jahren aus und wir suchen eine*n neue*n Mitbewohni.
Es handelt es sich um ein schönes, helles Zimmer in einer geräumigen 6er-WG (Altbau, insg. ca. 200qm).
Das Zimmer selbst ist ca. 17 qm2 groß und liegt etwas versteckt hinter unserem Bad. Keine Sorge! Das war bisher nie ein Problem. Ein weiterer Zugang ist über das Zimmer von Emad.
Wie fast alle Zimmer in der WG hat es ein Hochbett auf dem, dank der hohen Decken, genug Platz ist und welches das Zimmer noch größer macht. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer, bis auf den Schrank, unmöbliert.
Insgesamt hat unsere charmante Altbau-Wohnung viel Platz: ein großes Wohnzimmer, in dem man gemütlich auf der Couch liegen kann (in dem auch Wäscheständer Platz finden können), eine schöne Wohnküche, ein Bad, ein extra WC und einen großen Flur. Wir haben natürlich auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine in der Wohnung!
Our apartment is located almost in the middle of Bayreuth, a lot of central one cannot live. From us to university it is about 10 minutes by bike, but you can also drive by bus, the ZOH is about 5 minutes away, another bus stop is reachable in sprint speed in less than 2 minutes.
The main station is about 10 minutes away.
There are some shopping opportunities in the area, from a net, Norma, near shopping or Aldi, to cafes and restaurants, all just a walk or a walk. Cat leap away.
The Wilhelminenaue is great for relaxing and walking approx. 15 minutes away.
Unsere Wohnung liegt nahezu mitten in Bayreuth, viel zentraler kann man nicht wohnen. Von uns bis zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad ca.10 Minuten, man kann aber auch mit dem Bus fahren, der ZOH liegt etwa 5 Minuten entfernt, eine weitere Bushaltestelle ist in Sprintgeschwindigkeit in weniger als 2 Minuten zu erreichen.
Der Hauptbahnhof ist etwa 10 Minuten entfernt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einige im Umkreis, angefangen von einem Netto, Norma, Nahkauf oder Aldi, bis hin zu Cafés und Restaurants, die alle nur einen Spaziergang bzw. Katzensprung entfernt liegen.
Die Wilhelminenaue ist zum entspannen super und zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten entfernt.
Our WG currently consists of Emad, Philipp, Simon & Aziza, Sandro and Jana. Emad, Simon and Sandro are working, the rest are studying.
At the moment we are busy with university/work. Nevertheless, one meets again and again, even just by chance when cooking in the kitchen or in the living room looking for series. There are also WG evenings, once a year we try to throw a bigger WG party:)
Since we don't want to be a purpose-WG, we're looking for someone who also participates in the WG life. But don't worry, of course, it's not a problem if you don't like society. Each has its free space and can spend quite undisturbed time in your own room.
In addition, we are currently in a break-up phase. Jana is completely new and only enters at the end of May and Philipp will not stay long. This gives you the opportunity for co-design and new impulses you can bring!
Unsere WG besteht derzeit aus Emad, Philipp, Simon & Aziza, Sandro und Jana. Emad, Simon und Sandro sind berufstätig, der Rest studiert.
Momentan ist es so, dass wir viel mit Uni/Arbeit beschäftigt sind. Dennoch trifft man sich immer wieder, auch einfach zufällig beim Kochen in der Küche oder im Wohnzimmer zum Serien schauen. Hin und wieder gibt es auch WG-Abende, einmal imJahr versuchen wir eine größere WG-Party zu schmeißen :)
Da wir keine Zweck-WG sein wollen, suchen wir jemanden, der*die sich auch am WG-Leben beteiligt. Aber keine Sorge, es ist natürlich kein Problem, wenn man mal keine Lust auf Gesellschaft hat. Jede*r hat seinen Freiraum und kann ganz ungestört Zeit im eigenen Zimmer verbringen.
Außerdem sind wir momentan in einer Umbruchphase. Jana ist ganz neu und zieht erst Ende Mai ein und Philipp wird auch nicht mehr lange bleiben. Damit gibt es die Möglichkeit für Mitgestaltung und neue Impulse, die du gerne mitbringen kannst!
