Das Zimmer ist mit seinen 12qm zwar nicht das Größte lässt sich aber super mit allen Dingen was man zum Leben braucht einrichten.
Durch das große Fenster ist es immer schön hell im Zimmer und durch die dicken Außenwände auch schön kühl im Sommer.
Den Schreibtisch und die Kommode würde ich gerne gegen eine Ablöse dir übergeben.

Beide Bäder sind jeweils mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette ausgestattet und sind von großem Vorteil bei 5 Personen
Und der lange Flur ist super zum Bierpong spielen geeignet:))

(Einzug bis zum 1.06 oder früher)

Du wohnst mitten im Zentrum Bayreuths, einen Katzensprung entfernt ist der ZOH, von wo alle Busse aus fahren, daneben direkt ein Norma und im Sommer öffnet noch ein Rewe daneben. Rossmann, Müller, Apotheken und etliche Cafés sind direkt in der Nähe. Zur Uni brauchst du mit dem Bus nur ca 7 min und mit dem Fahrrad ca 12 min.

Du würdest mit Kim (Spöko), Lukas (P&E), Finja (Medieninformatik) und Artur (BWL) zusammen wohnen. Trotz vier Mitbewohnern ist das WG-Leben super entspannt. Zum quatschen kann man sich gerne gut in die Küche setzen oder zum Zurückziehen dann in das eigene Zimmer.
