Your new room is small, fine and cozy. I find the parquet floor and the view from the window on the surrounding hills of the city :). In the evening you can also see beautiful sunsets that have often given me motivation in the examination phase ;) The cosy kitchen is also fully equipped, from pots and pans to dishes, a microwave to our dishwasher. We also have our own washing machine in our bathroom. You'd just have to pay a deal for a few things.
Dein neues Zimmer ist klein, fein und gemütlich. Besonders schön finde ich den Parkettboden und den Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf die umliegenden Hügel der Stadt :). Abends kann man auch schöne Sonnenuntergänge sehen, die mir oft Motivation in der Prüfungsphase gegeben haben ;) Die gemütliche Küche ist auch komplett ausgestattet, von Töpfen und Pfannen über Geschirr, einer Mikrowelle bis hin zu unserer Spülmaschine ist alles dabei. Außerdem haben wir in unserem Badezimmer noch eine eigene Waschmaschine. Du müsstest nur eine Ablöse zahlen für ein paar Dinge.
The location of the apartment is great: it is located between the central bus station (ZOH, 4 minutes walk) and the station (7 minutes walk). A Norma and a great REWE are located right next to the central bus station. The pedestrian area is just behind it and therefore cafés, ice cream parlours and diner shops are just 5 to 6 minutes' walk away.
You can get to university by bike in 10 minutes.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: Sie befindet sich zwischen dem Zentralen Busbahnhof (ZOH, 4 Minuten zu Fuß) und dem Bahnhof (7 Minuten zu Fuß). Ein Norma und ein toller REWE befinden sich direkt neben dem zentralen Busbahnhof. Die Fußgängerzone ist direkt dahinter und somit sind Cafés, Eisdielen und Dönerläden nur 5 bis 6 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zur Uni kommst du mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten.
Nele and I take off – Lukas (25) may remain in the WG for his Master's degree.
Lukas studies BWL and is totally sport-loving – whether it's when watching or watching. We were jogging together occasionally, and in general, Lukas is a relaxed and thoughtful roommate – if you need your rest, it is of course not a problem for him.
With you, there would be two new roommates
Nele und ich ziehen aus – Lukas (25) bleibt eventuell in der WG für sein Masterstudium.
Lukas studiert BWL und ist total sportbegeistert – egal ob beim Selbermachen oder Zuschauen. Wir waren gelegentlich zusammen joggen, und generell ist Lukas ein entspannter und rücksichtsvoller Mitbewohner – wenn du mal deine Ruhe brauchst, ist das für ihn selbstverständlich kein Problem.
Mit dir würden dann noch zwei neue Mitbewohner:innen einziehen :)
