Mein super schönes WG Zimmer wird zum 01.03.16 frei. Um genau zu sein sind es zwei Zimmer ein großes Wohnzimmer und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer, das davon abgeht. Beide Zimmer sind aber nicht in Gemeinschaftsnutzung sondern können nur Dir gehören ;)
Durch die Dachschrägen ist es sehr gemütlich und hell durch die großen Fenster.
Das Besondere: Die Zimmer sind einzugsbereit, alle Möbel die ihr auf den Bildern seht bleiben. Allerdings kann ich sie natürlich nicht verschenken, sondern hätte gerne noch 1800 Euro dafür. Es sind aber wirklich gute Möbel inklusive Fernseher und ihr könnt sie ja dann auch wieder verkaufen bei Auszug...außerdem müsst ihr bei dieser Wohnung keine Kaution bezahlen ;)
Zentraler gehts nicht! 2 Minuten Fußweg zum ZOH und damit auch in die Innenstadt.
Eure neue Mitbewohnerin ist eine super entspannte Studentin im 5. Semester (Afrikanische Sprachen, Kunst und Literatur).
Die Nebenkosten setzten sich zusammen aus 80 Euro Kosten für Strom/ Gas und 15 Euro für Internet und Telefon.
Also meldet euch zahlreich...bei uns gibts auch keine Späße wie WG Castings oder ähnliches. Einfach vorbeischauen ;)
