Ich suche eine nette Nachmieterin oder einen Nachmieter für mein kleines, aber feines WG-Zimmer.
Das Zimmer selbst ist zwar nicht sehr groß, allerdings passt alles hinein, was man so braucht. Für den Rest kannst Du Dich in der großen Küche und dem Wohnzimmer ausbreiten ;)
Das Zimmer hinterlasse ich Dir unmöbliert.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super. Du bist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in der Stadt und am ZOH. Von dort sind es etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Bus zur Uni.
In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich Rewe, Netto, DM, Bäcker und Metzger.
Das WG Leben hier ist sehr entspannt und gesellig. Große Partys werden zwar weniger gefeiert, dafür aber gerne ein Bierchen im Wohnzimmer getrunken oder ein gemeinsamer Filmeabend veranstaltet.
Ansonsten ist zu erwähnen dass in den 270€ alles inbegriffen ist. Von Wasser, Strom und Gas über Internet bis GEZ.
