Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Bis zur Uni sind es mit dem Fahrrad ungefähr zehn Minuten und ansonsten liegt die nächste Busstelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die WG ist ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küche sowie einem renovierten Bad mit Dusche. Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine gegen Entgeld zur Verfügung.
Das helle und freundliche WG-Zimmer hat einen Parkettboden und ein großes Fenster. Es ist mit Schreibtisch, großem Schrank, Regal, Bettgestell (1,4m x 2m), Kommode und Sessel komplett ausgestattet.
